Here are some common questions about our services and what to expect during your visit.

Do I need a referral to book an appointment?

No referral is needed. You can book directly with any of our clinicians including GPs, psychologists, physiotherapists, or exercise physiologists.

Can I see more than one type of practitioner at your clinic?

Absolutely if it’s helpful to your care. Some people just need one service, others benefit from a team approach. We’ll help guide what makes sense for you.

Are walk-ins welcome?

We recommend booking to ensure availability, but we do accept walk-ins where possible. Call ahead and we’ll let you know if we can fit you in that day.

Do you offer bulk billing or private billing?

We’re a mixed billing practice. We bulk bill DVA gold and white card holders, as well as patients with valid concession cards. For others, private fees apply. If you’re unsure, just ask we’ll walk you through what to expect.

Can I use a care plan to access other services?

Yes. If your GP has created a care plan for you, we can help you connect with our team including psychology, physio, and exercise physiology using Medicare-supported sessions where eligible.

Do you work with veterans and first responders?

Yes, and we understand the unique needs that often come with service. Our team includes clinicians experienced in veteran and first responder care.

We’ll also help you get the most from your white or gold DVA card, including covered services and claims support.
